Refund Policy
Because we offer both completed, ready-to-use software, as well as customized software development project work, our refund policy is different for each product type we offer.
For Out-of-the-box software (completed software, which you have purchased from directly from Merlin A.I. Soft), we provide a seven day full refund. This refund is provided under the condition that you agree to deactivate and uninstall the software from your computer or mobile device. We will disable the serial number and/or license key, which will prevent the application from running.
For Mobile Apps, sold through Android Market, iTunes, or other third-party mobile app sales channels, the refund policy is dictated by the third-party mobile app sales provider. The general terms of those providers allows you to test the app, but will uninstall the app upon request of a refund. Please read the third-party mobile app sales provider’s refund policy if you purchase a mobile app through them.
For contractual project work, our refund policy will be clearly defined in the contract, before work is initiated by Merlin A.I. Soft.
