A.I. Soft

Florida Realty Management has been a client of Merlin A.I. Soft since 2009. When we started working with Florida Realty Management, they had an existing website which was not converting leads. Our first task was to redesign the website and move the site to a new, SEO-friendly domain.

After redesigning the website, we developed an interactive mapping and search feature, which allows the site visitors to pinpoint where properties are located. The map also displays information about each property, such as pricing, comparable properties in the area, and photos of the property.

Next, we created a server-side Windows service, which downloads updates on all the 100,000 plus properties Florida Realty Management sells. This windows service connects to realtor MLS services and downloads updates on property info, such as pricing, availability, and updated photos.

After finishing the site and improving conversion rates, we developed an innovative approach for Florida Realty Management to respond to their contact requests in real time. Now, when a visitor wants more information about a property, a realtor from Florida Realty Management will receive an SMS, email, and push notifications to their mobile devices within 60 seconds of the contact request.

As we progressed with improvements on the website, we began our marketing campaign. Our campaign included a mobile apps advertising campaign, which allowed our client’s advertisements to appear within thousands of iPhone/iPad and Android apps. We also began a targetted, local only SEO campaign, and continued this with an aggressive AdWords marketing campaign. As Florida Realty Management’s target audience grew to include an international market, we expanded our marketing efforts to include Canada and the European Union.
